Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GPX Studio, a route viewing, editing, and creation tool operated by Lixsady (lixsady.ch), with its Lixvera sub-brand, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with a secondary presence in Miami, Florida.

1. Tester access

GPX Studio is currently limited to testers. Access requires a tester key issued to your Lixsady tester account. Keys are personal to you — don't share, publish, or transfer them. Lixsady may revoke a key at any time, including if it appears to be shared or misused.

2. Acceptable use

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the GPX routes and waypoints you upload or create. By storing a file on GPX Studio, you grant Lixsady a limited license to host and process that file solely to provide the service back to you.

4. Availability

GPX Studio is pre-release software provided "as is." Expect bugs, changes, and occasional downtime. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and test data may be reset between builds.

Data Processing Notice

This section explains what data GPX Studio collects and why, in line with general data protection practice (including Swiss FADP and EU GDPR principles).

What we collect

Why we process it

The key record authenticates you and keeps your saved routes private to your key. Route data is processed solely to display, edit, and store the files you choose to save. We do not sell personal data or route data to third parties.

Storage & security

Key records and route data are stored in a MySQL database. Access to the database and environment configuration is restricted at the server level, and all API access requires an active tester session.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored routes and key record at any time by contacting Lixsady. Saved files can also be deleted directly from the dashboard.
